Priceweaver is an Orange County, CA based software design firm for the residential mortgage industry. Our approach to the design of our applications is to make them an easy to use and affordable solution and empower our users with ultimate flexibility. We primarily build product, pricing, and eligibility tools for every line of business in the mortgage space.
Priceweaver and its line of products intend to revolutionize the flow of price, qualification, and underwriting data from MBS markets all the way down to the end consumer. Backed by over 16 years of Secondary Marketing experience and over 15 years of software development experience, the management team at Priceweaver has the experience and knowledge to bring to market the most innovative tools that the industry has ever known.
Our flagship product, LenderHub, is designed for any size Mortgage Banker and is built from the inside out to provide tools for the Secondary Marketing professional first and the Originator second. This ensures that we protect the profits of the lender in order to solidify the relationship of every party involved in the transaction.
Our future plans involve continuing development on our network on products, establish integrations with top industry providers, and continue to offer the most robust and affordable solutions in the market. A new generation is taking over the mortgage industry and Priceweaver intends to take the lead on revolutionizing the entire PPE experience.
Message from the CEO
I would like to personally take the time to reach out and thank you for your interest in our products. In all my years in the mortgage industry, I have worked in many departments but mostly in Secondary Marketing and as a Chief Technology Officer. I have always strived to do my very best in whatever it is that I am doing. I always envision myself as a kind and gentle person and want to be able to help as many people as I can. I look at our industry and I hear all the bad publicity, reputation, and negative comments that are consistently about mortgage professionals as a whole. What people don’t know is how good a group of people there are that work in our industry and how they work day in and day out to help Americans achieve the American Dream, whatever that may be these days. I feel that my one piece of the entire loan flow, product and pricing, can help each and every borrower achieve that American Dream by offering a truly live price and decision on their loan, whenever they are ready to do so. That is my contribution to society and the primary reason why I started Priceweaver in the first place.
I am still young and we are a young company, but I know we are building something great for our industry and something that benefits and brings happiness to each and every person that we share this great country with.
